Prices are annual and exclude GST. We invoice after verification, never before — nobody pays us for a listing that has not gone live.
Listing: common questions
Is listing my property really free?
Yes. Every property in the Palampur and Bir-Billing belt qualifies for a free permanent page with its name, area, category and map position, and enquiries are forwarded to you. A directory that only lists paying members is an advertisement, not a directory.
What do I get for the paid tiers?
Verified at ₹2,400 a year gives you control of the page, up to twelve photographs, your own description and tariff band, a verified badge and direct contact details. Featured at ₹7,200 adds labelled placement beside listings on your area page and the home page.
Can I pay to appear higher in the listings?
No, and this is not a policy we can quietly change. The function that orders any list of stays on this site takes no payment input at all. Paid placements render in separate labelled slots beside listings and never reorder what a visitor sees.
How do you verify a property?
We call the number you give us, confirm the property exists at the position we hold, and check that you run it or are authorised to act for it. Verification takes about two working days and is required before we hand over control of a page.
My property is already listed. How do I take control of it?
Find your page and use the claim link on it, or fill in this form with your property name. Our starting catalogue comes from OpenStreetMap, so many properties already have a basic page created without their owner knowing. Claiming it is free.
What happens to the enquiries you receive?
We pass them to properties that match what the traveller asked for, with their dates and requirements. You deal with the guest directly on rates and payment. We take no commission from the traveller, ever.
