Our data, and what is wrong with it
Where our information comes from, and how to tell us when something is out of date.
Where it comes from
Our base map of the valley — property names, categories and positions — comes from OpenStreetMap, the open geographic database, used under the Open Database Licence. On top of that we compute distances, assign each property to its nearest settlement, and write the area guides ourselves.
Owners who claim their listing add their own photographs, descriptions, room counts, tariff bands and contact details, and that information takes precedence over anything derived from the map.
Report a correction
If something here is out of date, tell us and we will fix it. A closed property, a wrong position, a misspelt name, a wrong category or a duplicate entry — all of it helps.
